The Residenza il Falchetto of Assisi has a total of 5 two-room and three-room apartments.
Prices vary according to apartment type and seasonal rates:

Prices include bed linen (for beds, bathroom and kitchen), water, gas and power. The bed linen is changed in all apartments on a weekly basis. Cleaning is at the end of stay. Air conditioning, safe.
Prices do not include heating or telephone, which should be settled separately from the main bill.
Small pets: free of charge
Cot: € 10 per night; Reductions for children aged under 2: FREE of charge in the same bed as their parents; Extras: Internet Flat rate € 20 per week; Advance payment of 50% is required when booking your stay. Accepted payments and credit cards: BANK TRANSFER – POSTAL PAY - VISA – MASTERCARD

Prices
The Management can alter prices listed on the tariff sheet at any time.
Confirmation
Bookings are considered valid on receipt of confirmation via fax, telegram, email or letter. This must be accompanied by payment of 50% of costs for the overall stay (bank transfer, postal pay or credit card).
Cancellation
- After 15 days prior to arrival: 100% payment of lodging costs.
Check-In / Check-Out
Rooms are available only after 2pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated within 10am on the day of departure. Small pets are welcome at no extra cost.
